“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.”—Frank Herbert, Dune (via heartmindspirit)
So…. I need to find a way to bounce out of bed when my alarm goes off in the morning… instead of setting it an hour earlier than I need to get up knowing I am going to hit the snooze a bazillion times before slowly emerging like a grizzly bear from hibernation.
I am not sleeping good, I lie awake until midnight or later…. the last thing I usually do before bed is play a round or 2 of sudoku on my phone as I am willing myself to fall asleep.
